All purchases are covered by a 10-day money back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return and refund, items must:
- Be returned within 10 days of delivery
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Include all original packaging
- Be supported by proof of purchase
Please note that goods are not sold on a trial basis.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims relating to damaged, faulty, non-functional, or incorrectly supplied items must be reported within 10 days of receipt. After this period, replacements or refunds may not be available.

Customers are responsible for return postage or courier costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
You may arrange your own return shipping, or we can organise collection and deduct the transport cost from your refund where applicable.
We strongly recommend retaining proof of postage and providing tracking details where available.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
