Returns Process

All purchases are supported by a 10-day money back guarantee, effective from the date of delivery of your order from our factory. The return of the Product must be in its original condition and packaging, at your cost, Once the item is received by us, we will send a refund. Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within ten days of receipt. After this date, and in all circumstances after 10 days replacement will not be provided.

Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

The return of your item will be at your cost and either you will arrange for the transport or we can arrange and deduct the charge from any refund accordingly. In either case they are to be returned to our premises. You need to retain proof of dispatch by courier or post and it is advisable you notify us of details and tracking number if available.
